Thank you, I'm going to switch workouts and change my eating today to different healthy foods, just happy it's Monday and I'm going away Thursday hope something will work . I do the elliptical and treadmill that is it. I am hoping this boot camp class will help.

Detoxing doesn't work. Your body doesn't need to be flushed, it's not a toilet. TRaditional "detox" diets are a scam and a waste of money. If it's a true plateau (as in you have lost no weight for several weeks or months after being sure to track everything, stay in your calorie range, etc) then there are some things you can do:

Change up your workout. Try something a little harder. I'm not sure what you've been doing or how hard you have been working out, but I recommend doing Zuzka Light's workouts on youtube. They helped me get over a plateau because even though I was running, doing Zumba, and strength training, her workouts were working parts of my body that I wasn't working before. Parts of my body I didn't know existed! I did workout #1 and my abs were sore for days, even though there is no ab exercise in the workout! No matter what you do, change up your workout. That's truly the only way to beat a plateau. You don't have to do a completely different workout because if you like what you are already doing, that's a great thing. Just add some more challenge!

I have plateaued a few times while losing weight. It's very discouraging but I have detoxed and it did work. One thing I found was after the detox it was kinda hard for me to get back on track motivation wise, but I evenutally got there. Thank goodness.
Your body has gotten use to what you are doing, so you have to mix it up, shock it a little.

I need help I have been very motivated I have lost weight but I have been at a plateau. I eat healthy workout but I do eat the same thing and do the same workout. Please suggestions
