Also keep in mind that a workout doesn't have to be hours long in order to see results. Start with a small goal such as 10 minutes of exercise each day to help you get into a routine and become consistent. Even that small amount can give you a boost of energy and help you feel better.

Get a workout partner who knows how important it is for you to workout! Having someone depend on you being at the park or gym or wherever you arrange to meet to exercise helps to keep you on track. It is hard to not show up when you know they are waiting. It also helps to have that person to cheer you on. Good luck! The exercise can really make a difference.

I have been diagnosed as depressed. I am a single mother. How do you find the motivation to work out?
