If you're bored of your routine, do something different. humans don't like doing the same thing all the time. What is it you're doing now?

When in a slump what do you do to get in the mood to work out.

I am growing board of exercise and when that happens in the past I tend to give up go back to my old ways and gain back what I have already lost plus more.
