I found an exercise listed on the fitness tracker list. It's listed as "playing with children." It burns 364 cal in 30 minutes. Does this sound reasonable?

There may be no easy answer. Not too sure if low impact aerobics would work, but that may be a start. I love reading that you are figuring out ways to become more active. That is awesome. Keep it up!

I am embarrassed about asking this question because I am sooooo below everyone on this board in what I am able to do. But my question is this:

If I'm in the yard and kicking a soccer ball back and forth between me and my son, how do I know how many calories I burn?

There is no running involved because I can't run. But it's constant movement going after the ball. I know that it's not alot of exercise, but it's on my level of fitness. I do walk but I hate exercise for exercise's sake. I want to have fun. Can anybody give me an idea?
