At the top of your fitness page there should be a box that says quick tracker. You just enter in the minutes and what you were doing eg 30 minutes, weights, into the respective boxes and you are good to go.
Or as an alternative (which I realise you didn't ask for, so ignore if you like) you could just quick track. My program changes so frequently (every month) that I can't be bothered entering the new stuff in the tracker. Quick tracking solves that problem.
But you can create a 'workout' in the second tab of the Strength Training tracker, which is basically a group of exercises. Then just select this workout each day, and it will automatically populate the exercises.
