At the top of your fitness page there should be a box that says quick tracker. You just enter in the minutes and what you were doing eg 30 minutes, weights, into the respective boxes and you are good to go.

my routine changes every 4 weeks!!!!! although I really like the first choice I am curious to know what is the quick tracking.... ^^

Or as an alternative (which I realise you didn't ask for, so ignore if you like) you could just quick track. My program changes so frequently (every month) that I can't be bothered entering the new stuff in the tracker. Quick tracking solves that problem.

Not so much 'copy' from one day to another.

But you can create a 'workout' in the second tab of the Strength Training tracker, which is basically a group of exercises. Then just select this workout each day, and it will automatically populate the exercises.

I go to the gym and do a series of 16 exercises... I hate to type them each and everyone 3 times a week... any way to copy fitness from one day to the next as we can do with our meals???
