Yup, I know it's only an estimate. I'm just using it as a guide to see how many calories it might burn vs my usual cardio. Thanks again!

Just keep in mind those are estimates based on an average workout of someone your size. To get a more accurate estimate, you might want to consider investing in a heart rate monitor.

Have you tried logging your workouts as circuit training?

I want to log my super circuit workouts, but I can only log the time spent and not the number of calories burnt since I simply don't know. Is there a link / formula I could use? This is not reflecting in my calories burned totals and I'm losing out on tracking this workout.
