I bought the Biggest Loser Power Walk DVD and absolutely love it. How do I figure out my calories burned? Would it be Aerobics : Step : Low Impact or just walking? I noticed Sparkpeople has a DVD called Cardio Blast - Walk It Out Workout. Would my DVD be anything like this?
