any kind of formula is going to be a very rough estimate. You could spring for a DEXA scan..but this kind of visual estimate will suit your needs just fine.

Does anyone know how to calculate your body fat percentage? I tried using calipers on my own but I know I'm doing it wrong. Is there another, accurate, way of being able to come up with percentage?
