Right now I am working out with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred program and sometimes I add Leslie Sansone walks and/or some Spark People workout videos. So completing 30 Day Shred will help me build a strong base right? It is a great circuit training program.

My age and lack of technical and new information is glaring. What is, "30 DS and Ripped in 30 back to back and then switch to insanity or turbo fire?" It sounds like a foreign language to me. An answer will help me be less in the dark ages.

I am a commercial pilot, and turbos is a type of airplane engines. "Insanity" is a word for people who need to go to a home for people who have lost their minds. As for "30 DS" I am clueless.

I must be getting old....(now age 55)

depends on your fitness levels. Do you workout at all.....? And if so what are you doing........? A good cardio program and strength training program is so important.

build endurance first by doing lower intensity cardio and straight sets of ST.

Hi,

I was planning to work out with 30 DS and Ripped in 30 back to back and then switch to insanity or turbo fire but I have read turbo fire is very extreme and it is not for the beginners.. I was wondering what would be the best move to build a strong base for insanity/turbo fire type of hight intense programs? Where should I start?

Thanks..
