Thanks for your advice, Coach Denise. I've actually done it before, though, so I know it's possible. I was just seeing if other members had any tips.

I'm sorry, but 10 days is not enough time to reach that goal. I'm not trying to rain on your parade or anything, but it isn't realistic (and I'd be doing you a huge disservice if I told you otherwise) to expect muscular definition by then unless you already have it.

I'm not sure what your body fat percentage is, but in order to have muscle definition, you not only have to strength train, but you have to do cardio as well as eat the proper nutrition. Doing cardio will help you lose fat (if you have any extra to lose) and allow your muscles to be visible. If you have a layer of fat, you can strength train all you want, but that definition wouldn't be seen through the fat.

I would recommend you track your food and fitness to make sure you are meeting your nutrition needs and that you are also meeting the guidelines for your fitness.

find weight traing you love and don't
then flip flop back and forth to still have fun
play music that pumps you up
AND PLAY IT LOUD!!!!!!!!

write your goals down, if you fail one day or are having a hard time
look at that paper and you will remember what you are working for

Ok, so I'm 5'3, 130lbs, and I want to have visible muscles. I'm definitely mesomorph, and I gain muscle really easily. My deadline is April 26,and I want to be muscular by then. Don't say I can't do it, I know for a fact I can:) If you guys have any tips, tricks, etc., please tell me!

BTW, I'm focusing on biceps, triceps, shoulders, shoulder blades, and legs. But ab/butt training idea are more than welcome.
