How much weight do you need/want to lose? What are you currently doing? In other words, are you tracking your nutrition? Exercising--both cardio and strength training? How long has the scale been stuck?
Remember at your age, your body is still developing (into your 20s), so you do not want to restrict your calories too much to account for this.

I'm 18 and I'm trying to lose weight. However, I go to the gym every day, but I am not seeing results on or off the scale. I think this is my first weight loss plateau..So any advice to keep going when it seems like it's not paying off?
