Hi everyone! I'm Amanda, I'm new to SP, but so far I'm loving all the activity I see on this message board!
My question is one that has probably been asked countless times before, but I'm curious of everyone's response...
How often do you get on the scale? Some people have told me they weigh everyday, while others once a week, and others have even told me that they avoid it at all costs and go by the way their clothes fit!
I personally try to get on the scale everyday...it helps keep me accountable, and when I see a drop (even of 0.5 lbs or less!) it gives me a slight bit more motivation! If I DON'T weigh everyday, I find that I don't want to step on the scale because I tend to be more allowing of binges!
So... How often do YOU weigh?
