I weigh myself every morning.

I measure once/month usually on the 1st and figure out my body fat % at the same time.

I have monthly weigh ins for the site, but I tend to weigh myself weekly.

I do! I TRY (not always easy for me) to only weigh/measure once/week. I used to be a little more obsessive and would weigh every time I walked by the scale even though I knew it wasn't a healthy thing to do.

Hello.
Im just joining the Spark.
Ive weighed and I have also used a sewing tape and wrote all of my measurements on the tape with a perm marker.
Im curious to know, do you weigh AND measure yourself and how often?
