I measure weekly on my weigh-in day. It's a great motivator to see inches coming off.

Never. I can tell when my clothes get loose and the scale tells me the rest. Also, with the exception of my waist, I never feel I have the tape measure in the same place each time. Don't like to measure.
This is the first time (while on a diet) that I've measured. I did my second set of measurements a month after the first. I still weigh myself almost daily, it's the one measure that is seen the fastest.
I do it once/month. I know SP recommends once/week, but I find that it is too easy to get fluctuations just from things like posture, holding the tape a certain way, etc. Once/month is much more reliable for me. And my measurements don't change very quickly. The amount one needs to lose to see a change on the tape measure does take me about a month!!
Usually whenever I do an official weigh-in. I weigh twice a week, but I typically only track it weekly or monthly. I measure waist, hips, love handles, and neck each time I track just to see if I am losing inches rather than pounds or both
