I normally consume around 80g of protein per day but I also work out for about an hour and a half each day. I tend to get my protein from lean meats, yogurt, quinoa, legumes, my Whey Protein, milk, peanuts, and a few other things.

I try to get it into my spark range most days (60+ grams) but on occassion come in a little low (45-50 grams). Average about 75/day I'd say.
Main sources are yogurt/greek yogurt, eggs and meat. But the veggies have a bit of protein in them too, which adds up.
