glad you asked this since I was wondering the same thing. I've also noticed (for what it's worth) that even a lot of the recipes on the website can easily be made vegetarian or vegan. cheers!

About 100 of the 175ish recipes are either vegetarian/vegan or easily made that way.

I was just wondering if someone who has the new SparkPeople Cookbook could tell me about how much of it is vegetarian. I no longer eat meat as of 3 months ago, and don't want to drop money on the book if much of it will be unusable to me.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
