Thanks for your replies. :-) I am aware that it takes more than doing this DVD to lose weight, I am already losing weight by just eating wiser and healthier, but was a bit curious how well other people have done with this. Canīt wait to get started!!
I didn't do it for 30 days. I did it a few times a week for a few weeks till my weights got too light. Don't be afraid to switch it up with some cardio days and to do the videos out of order. It gets a bit boring if you do the same workout 10 days in a row.

30 Day Shred isn't some kind of miracle weight-loss tool. I did it once, all 3 levels, and I got stronger and was able to do more reps of heavier weight after a while, but I don't think I lost too much weight (I can't remember).
Weight-loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise. The video is great and you will definitely feel stronger and more fit afterwards, but don't expect it to be a cure-all! Just stay active, eat well, and do the video if that's what you're in the mood for! (Oh, man, level 3 is a killer!)
