Normally I work out in the morning, but I didn't get it in today. Therefore, working out this evening is a MUST!

Not very. All my workouts happen after work and right before dinner. Working out in the evening makes me feel like I spent the entire evening working out which I don't like.

If I do mine at night it s right before bed.

After dinner, I'm usually not motivated at all to do more than a few mat exercises. That's precisely why I try to get exercise in earlier in the morning.

During winter when it gets dark so early not much so I I do it before dinner. During the rest of the year, I'm pretty movtivated to get out there. I found that if I change my clothes at work & go for my walk as soon as I get home w/o going into the house I'm ok during the winter.
