If the yogurt is a coating it would be a half cup of coated fruit for a serving just the same.

ok so my mom made this mixture of fruits and mixed it with yogurt and then cut up more fruit and put that in there it has pinapple strawberies peaches grapes and there all cut in halves and stuff how much of that can i eat as a full daily serving

It is all related to the size of them really. 1 cup of halves is a serving if you want to cut them in half and measure. There will be more if they are smaller and less if they are larger to make a cup.

How many medium-sized strawberries equal one serving of fruit? I heard it was 7-8 strawberries, but I wasn't sure if it was coming from a reliable source.
