I'm fortunate in that I LOVE skim milk, and eat Greek yogurt almost daily, and like low-fat cheeses and other good-for-you calcium ... since I like this stuff, it's always easy for me.

Only one -greek yogurt. Otherwise, I stick to soy milk because I find milk harder to digest. Thankfully the soy milk has lots of calcium!
