I just did 40 in a minute earlier. I do the full push up but I know that my form is not correct. Hoping that the fitter I get the better my form will be.

I just tried it...I did better than I thought I would. I got 17 before my arms started to feel like they were gonna break! lol But that's from the knees. I have a sprained ankle right now, so probably cut that number in half. I've never been any good at them.

Well I don't know but I will find out. I don't watch tv but happen to catch Michelle Obama on Ellen Degeneres' show and they did a challenge - Michelle won - did 25 pretty easily but stopped. Thanks for the challenge!

I really can not do any push ups because I don't have a lot of good upper body strength but I try every now and then to do a push up and work from that.

I am in a karate class that for belt testing requires knuckle pushups. When I work out, I rotate through, and I do a set of 20 then 5 sets of 10. These are inbetween lifting weights. I could probably do sets of 25 and shorten it up but have not tried yet. it is amazing when we practice them everyday how easily our body will start to remember and do them. T
Prrrrrooooobbbbably about .2? Maybe one? I don't know. I haven't tried forever.

I seriously am excited that I can do 9 push ups!!! I know that's not alot but 2 weeks ago I could only do 3!! I am down 11lbs in 2 weeks and I feel strong. This is getting kinda addicting. I love it!!!
