I track fiber and sodium as well as calories, fat, carbs, etc. I only really pay attention to the calories though

I track calories, macros, vitamins, and a few minerals. It is quite a list, but it makes me more motivated to choose nutrient-dense foods!

I don't track calories, so i track just about all the vitamins, minerals, cholesterol, carbs, protein, and sodium. Calories are secondary to making sure that I get all my nutrients in. I have found if i get all my nutrients in, my calories magically fall in line.
