I log the entire 45 minutes. The warm up the instructor provides is quite intense and I am definitely starting to sweat within 5 minutes in the warm up.

When I did Insanity I just logged my total time. But I was also inputing my calories burned from my HRM and logging it in as my own exercise. If you don't already have a HRM I highly recommend one for Insanity. It's much more accurate than the calories you will get by using the tracker.
My weight loss journey restarted on 1/26/13 at 175.8 lbs. My goal weight is 125lbs.
I'm doing Insanity and can't decide how to log it for cardio. The workouts (for month 1) are about 40 minutes long, but there is warmup stretching, breaks, and a cooldown...so I don't know whether I should calculate just the minutes that are active high impact cardio and leave out all that other stuff or count the whole 40 minutes. I want my calorie burn to be tracked as accurately as possible. Advice?
