Breakfast and lunch so far, with a packed healthy snack in between. We will see what happens at dinner, there's a party at a bar tonight so it will probably be unhealthy bar food...

I am proud of myself for eating mindfully today. Lunch was a bit rushed while working, so I'd have to say I ate 2 meals mindfully and 1 snack.

All of them. A coworker bought me a piece of pizza at work to be nice - I of course never told her I wanted one nor was there when she bought it - so I ate a very small piece of it, and two pepperonis ... and I had the tiniest sliver I could possibly cut (believe me, it was thin) of this coffee cake thing at work. Otherwise, as usual, I stuck to my meal plan to the very last detail.

started off on the right foot! after entering my recipe for protein pancakes with walnuts I decided it had way too many calories and ate half as much as i planned to originally- feels good and will help me continue healthy eating throughout the day!

I also had 2 out of 3 meals and one very mindful snack.
Tomorrow it will be 3 out 3.
