Agree...not enough. I got about 6 hours but I didn't go to bed until after midnight so when my alarm starting going off at 6:15 I just couldn't get out of bed. I feel like my whole sleep schedule is out of balance. My fiance and I enjoy time together quietly after the kids go to bed so sometimes we get lost in time either catching up on day's events or one of our shows. We both agreed this morning that we need to be more mindful as he felt the same way.
