So far today I have had a 1/4 of a cup. I usually end up with a cup by the end of the day. I make my meals loaded with at least 2 cups of vegetables.

For me to count them, they have to be a servings worth. My "target" is 10 fruits & veggies, but I've been hitting 8 more than 10 most days.

Wow! 10 servings is very impressive!

The only thing wrong with bananas is that they are higher in calories than most fruits.
To keep the calories down I will eat 1/2 a banana.

I had 6 servings yesterday.

Hi, I am new to this...so not sure what I am doing! I have had 1 serving of fruit and 2 of veggies today. But I do have a question....are banana's okay to eat? I love them but have been avoiding them for sometime because I have heard you should not eat them! I am confused! emoticon
