I usually walk each and every day for up to an hour and then add in running every other day. On those days I am up to 25k steps. Woohoo!

I am always doing an activity..so 7 days a week. But weekends are my actual workouts. I wanna eat so I have to do this or can't eat anything.

5 days a week religiously. I don't plan anything for the weekends but usually go hiking or walking with my husband. Oh and yoga now too. That's more for getting flexible though and then I also meditate 2-3 times a week.
