5 days a week religiously. I don't plan anything for the weekends but usually go hiking or walking with my husband. Oh and yoga now too. That's more for getting flexible though and then I also meditate 2-3 times a week.

5 - 6, now with the weather getting warmer it will more likely be 5 - 7!
