Because of the awesome Spark Challenge I'm in, I've been exercising everyday!

I usually walk each and every day for up to an hour and then add in running every other day. On those days I am up to 25k steps. Woohoo!

Every other day to the gym. One week it's 4, next week it's 3. That's an average.
Days off I walk and do exercises at home.

3 days until recently, when I figured that it wasn't enough for weight loss, so I upped it and started doing the Bootcamp. Now it will be 5 or 6.

5 days a week religiously. I don't plan anything for the weekends but usually go hiking or walking with my husband. Oh and yoga now too. That's more for getting flexible though and then I also meditate 2-3 times a week.
