if you don't have an HRM, I usually just track all of Jillians as circuit training.

You won't find DVDs in the fitness tracker unless the calories burned from them has been studied by an independent source. Here's an Ask the Expert that might help you figure out how to estimate the calories burned for a variety of videos:

I'm very new here and as I can't find the Jillian Michales No More Trouble Zones listed in the fitness choices, I was wondering how to find/know how many calories I burn while doing each circuit. I don't usually do the whole thing and I usually don't take breaks when she says to. I searched Jillian Michaels online, but didn't come up with anything.

I've been running lately and that's been good for burning calories, but my husband has a conference this week and I can't leave the kids home alone to go running, plus it won't be summer forever and he'll have to go back to work at school.
