Here is a tip I learned. Weigh the Pam spray and then spray it for one second and re-weigh the can. Here the spray cans give serve sizes in grams. One 'serve' on my can is 1.5 grams and 13 calories. The spray was about 3/4 second burst.

Hope that helps.

I airpop popcorn for a snack. To make seasoning stick, I spray Pam on the popcorn, only enough to make the seasoning stick. How do I know how many calories this adds?
