Okay so what the packaging says is "BF ANG RND TIP STEAK THIN"

Which I take to mean Beef, Angus Round Tip Steak Thin"

So When I listed 4 oz of it under my calorie counter I selected, "Beef, Angus Serloin, Marsh"
Which seemed the closest to what I bought. Is this the right thing?

I usually just call it shadow steak, and I can't find any other calorie information.

(if you want to see what I put, I think you should be able to see it under my profile in calorie nutrition tracker.)
