You may think I'm just trying to be clever, but this is an honest question. I've recently joined a ladies fitness center that specializes in 'sexy' work outs that boosts confidence along with burning calories.
I take an hour long pole fitness class 2-3 times a week, a chair dance class, and then some more familiar classes [circuit/interval classes/straight cardio/yoga]. I've been able to ball park my calorie burn for every class but pole. Pole is not listed in the fitness tracker and I can't find anything comparable in the tracker either. I looked it up online but got a wide range of estimates, anywhere from 150 an hour to 400 an hour.
Any one have an idea? At this point I'm in the earlier levels so I am not doing inversions, however I do several different types of spins, and also pole climbs and pole sits with transitions and floor work.
