I'm currently aiming for 1500 calories burned per week. That works out to 3 days at the gym (I do 30 minutes hard cardio, 30 strength training), including walking to and from the gym, and walking on at least 4 of my lunch breaks during the week. This helps me get a range of 1500-1850, which is PERFECT for me.

Most of my Spark's journey I burned 2000 cals/week. Since the beginning of spring I've been burning 2500-3000 cals (my family and I do a lot of hiking).
When I first started losing weight I ate around 1300 cals. For my last 20 lbs I calorie cycled between 1200-1700 cals (averging 1450 cals).
My last 5-10 lbs. I calorie cycled with 3 days at 1500 cals and 1 day at maintenance (1800-2000 cals).
I'm currently trying to take off some weight I gained over the last 2 months (struggling to maintain due to some horrific binges) but when I'm maintaining I eat around 1800-2200 cals. I'm 5'2 and around 110 lbs. I lose quite quickly on 1500 cals or less.

I'll admit, I'm really bad at posting my workouts on here each day. But, after a friend expressed concern I wasn't eating enough calories for the amount I burn through during workouts I've been tracking for the past couple days. My goal per week is 460, but from just yesterday and today I'm at 875 already. So I guess it's time to raise my goal and I was curious to see what other spark members had their goals set at.
