BMR calculates life sustaining function, respiration, heart beat, etc. So yeah, that's just lying in the bed doing nothing.

So my BMR is 1275 according to that web calculator. That is if I laid in bed all day and did nothing? Or is that just normal light activity?

Find out here: www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/

I burn 1810 calories a day. According to the Harris Benedict Equation (linked on that same page) I burn a total of 2172 with little to no activity. They also have a page on the equation factored in with losing weight here: www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harr
