I agree with Coach Jen; if your heart rate isn't up for at least a good portion of that, I would just count it as bonus movement

My suggestion is to only track exercise that gets your heart rate into the cardio zone for at least 10 minutes at a time. You might burn a few extra calories swaying back and forth, but I would just consider that a bonus to your weekly goals.

I sway back and fourth for about an hour and a half each day to music. How many calories do you think this burns? I weigh about 113 if you think that makes a difference. I can't find it on any chart.
