If you were running in place, you may want to use the general aerobics high impact in the cardio fitness tracker. Otherwise you may want to use the general aerobics low impact if you were walking in place.

I jogged in place for about 5 minutes tonight after I did a 10 minute SparkPeople Cardio video. I was wondering how many calories I burned while I had jogged in place. I can't afford to get anything that would measure and keep track of my heart rate or calories burned while working out because I don't have a job yet. If someone could please help me, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
