Unless I'm training to run a long distance, I try not to overdo it on cardio because I can't keep it up indefinitely. I am for about 1500 calories per week.

3500 at the moment. I am VERY strict about counting only intentional exercise, which amounts to 35-40 miles of running per week.

In the off season it's about 2000-2500.

i lose about a pound a week so thats like 3500 calories
