How long does it take for your body to get used to heavy exercise and start losing weight again? I "kind of" lost 3 this week, but gained it all back during the week. I am not too surprised at this considering I didn't eat dinner the day before weigh-in (not a normal practice, just ended up being that way). I started doing Insanity on Friday (I weigh in on Sunday).
I weigh every day and noticed that it really isn't changing. I know that it takes time for your body to get used to exercise, but I never had a delay before. This is much more intense than I have ever done before and I was just wondering how long it took for your body to get used to it and start losing again?
I am not worried - this isn't a post for help or suggestions or anything. I am just curious to see what others have experienced.
