Figure out how many you're going to eat today and tomorrow, and put the rest in the freezer now.
I'm pretty relaxed about food safety in general, but I wouldn't keep the chicken around for more than two days or so. It depends somewhat on how long it sat around before you cooked it, too, but in general I think three days is pushing it. If you freeze it, you stop the deterioration, and it will thaw quickly when it's time to use it.
