Hi I have been with spark people since the end of Jan. i have lost 23 pounds so far. My goal is to loose 11 more. After that I will see how I feel and look to determine if I should keep going with the weight loss.

On a regular basis last i yr ago feb. have lost about 26lbs. just started sparkpeople this feb!!!
I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR ABOUT 9 MONTHS AND HAVE LOST 41 POUNDS. FROM A SIZE 16 JEAN TO A SIX. TRYING TO MAKE THIS A LIFE STYLE INSTEAD OF A DIET THEN BACK TO THE NORM. I HAVE WORKED TO HARD TO GO BACK.
About four years ago i was 240 i lost about 100 pounds and i stopped working out and i put on like 15 pounds so i started this about almost 3 weeks ago and already have lost 7 pounds... i love this site... to all that have lost...
People often say that motivation doesn't last well, neither does bathing- thats why we recommend it daily.
I started exercising consistently about 2 years ago and lost about 55 pounds. Unfortunately, I ended up gaining 25 pounds back last year during a particularly stressful year. However, I didn't gain the weight until the second half of the year when I stopped exercising consistenly. I can assure you, everything goes better when you exercise reguarly. I spent this month getting back in the habit and I feel so much better and my energy is back!
