I'm going to see how it goes. I've only been doing spark for a week and i'm already 5 pounds less. Well done to everyone else on their weight losses. Keep it up everyone.

it's really up to you & what you feel comfortable with ~ if you're enjoying success & have followed your Fast Break goals consistently then 2 weeks. For me, I stayed in Stage 1 for a whole month.

I started Stage 2 sometime around the 3rd or 4th of this month but at the rate I'm going, I won't be moving to Stage 3 for another couple months.

Everyone is different.

Hey guys!
I've been in Stage 1 of the SP Diet for 10 days and am wondering when I should phase into Stage 2? Tracking my calories has been a real eye opener for me! I had no idea how many calories I was consuming. It's been easy to track everything from either my computer or phone. I've already lost 4 pounds! Woo hoo!!
