Hey guys! I've been in Stage 1 of the SP Diet for 10 days and am wondering when I should phase into Stage 2? Tracking my calories has been a real eye opener for me! I had no idea how many calories I was consuming. It's been easy to track everything from either my computer or phone. I've already lost 4 pounds! Woo hoo!!
