I must say I feel a bit guilty when I rest... guilt is my issue when making decisions I think...

You need rest days, about 2 a week but you can keep going as long as you change thing every few week or you will get bored.

Motivation is like a habit, it becomes. One can hope to continue forever. Some days will be perfect! Others not so much. It doesn't happen overnight. SparkPeople has helped me make it through exercising (almost) every day of this year. Of course, my weakness is overeating, not over exercising LOL.

I have a lot of things going on right now personally and professionally. But when I get overwhelmed and wonder the same thing as you (how long?), I remember what my Daddy used to say: You know how to eat an elephant, right? One bite at a time!

I am so motivated and have been working hard every day but I fear that I can't keep it up. What do I do? I'd like to do this always but I am getting older after all...
