A agree with Jen. You mentioned that your program starts Monday. I tried Spark twice before this time and burned out fast because I tried to go way too hard from the start. Now I am taking things a little easier and I have been at it for almost 6 weeks and am definitely seeing results! Make sure that your program will really work for your life.
You've given yourself a good amount of time, so you should see results by then. But everyone's bodies react differently to exercise and weight loss, so it's really hard to say what you're going to see and when.
As long as you're eating healthy and exercising regularly, you're on the right track. I'm not sure what you're doing for as much as 2 hours at the gym, but you should be able to see results from no more than 45-60 minutes of cardio exercise. You really don't need more than that unless you're training for some kind of endurance event.
Basically, I'm going to Disneyworld this summer and it's a really big deal for me. However, I've never been comfortable with my thighs. I've lost weight all over my body just from eating better but my thighs have only gained weight in the last few years.
Here is my exercise "program" basics (starting monday): Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays: 1-2hrs at the gym. Tuesdays, Thursdays: 1hr boot camp class. We mainly do a lot of running and a lot of leg targetted workouts.
If I continue to exercise and eat right until Late june/mid july will I see results in my thighs or is that too soon to expect results?
