You've given yourself a good amount of time, so you should see results by then. But everyone's bodies react differently to exercise and weight loss, so it's really hard to say what you're going to see and when.
As long as you're eating healthy and exercising regularly, you're on the right track. I'm not sure what you're doing for as much as 2 hours at the gym, but you should be able to see results from no more than 45-60 minutes of cardio exercise. You really don't need more than that unless you're training for some kind of endurance event.
