I noticed results in the first ten days - my clothes fit better (less bloating) and my energy starting going up.

My face thinned out a lot in first six weeks.

I got my first positive comment at around 15 lbs lost - 3 people noticed in one week.

When I had to get new jeans around 20lbs down, more people noticed.

I started at 177lbs, 5'3".

I also say weight results in a week. I started to be able to really see it in about 6 wks.

I saw weight loss results in the first week, started to see a difference in the mirror after I'd lost 5kg/10lb, which took me around 5 weeks.

2 months almost exactly to see results on the scale. However, in that time I was losing inches so I noticed my clothes were fitting better and I had tons more energy.

I noticed a 4 lb loss on the scale within 3 weeks and inches lost within the first 2 weeks.
