Today (Sunday) is going by quickly - I did not sleep well at all last night, was up almost the whole night so I slept today until 11:00 AM - needless to say I am exhausted, annoyed and have NO energy to do anything. My exercise for today has been put on the back burner - can't do it.

It's been ok, I have had some annoying stuff going on at work, but as soon as 5:00 hits I will be home free. As far as spark, I have been good with my calories, and got some strength training in over lunch. It's been a long week with a bad ice and snow storm along with some really irritating things at work. Can't wait for this nice relaxing weekend.
I suggest listening to the knowledgeable people in terms of your strength training. Also, I think tired muscles are a good thing for me! I don't mind if they're not sore, as long as they're feeling something, I know I've taken a step to improve my health. Keep up with your sessions! I hope you see the results you're looking for soon.
Good luck to him in his game! :) And you can do it!!! Take your time if you need to.

Had another strength training and balance improvement session this morning. (session 6 of 12) and my muscles, such as they are, are tired. They don't hurt, just tired. No endurance. I was frustrated but they assured me that I am on the right path and this is not unexpected.
We shall see. Tomorrow we will be going to Chase Field in PHX because our grandson's HS baseball team is playing at 0930. There will be lots of walking and lots of stairs. I am cautious.

I get mild dizziness due to fluid in my ears caused by swollen turbinates, so I can only imagines what Meniere's is like-- Not too fun I imagine. Haha, I guess you can only embrace the dizziness and truck on. :) Glad it went well though, Janie!
Just a general question for everyone to get some conversation going for us night owls (or anyone, really. Time zones and what not.) Not looking for one word replies, because I don't want this to turn into a spam board, but I'd very much like to hear from you guys! :)
So how has your day gone? Was it good, bad, somewhere inbetween?
I'd say mine, overall, was good. My nutrition was just a tad off from where I wanted it to be, but I thoroughly enjoyed eating today, stayed fulled, made healthier choices than usual, and I'm proud of myself and thankful to God. Plus I got some exercise in! Beyond that, got to talk to some friends and am feeling good about life.
