Great, at first I feel tired but after 10 min I feel strong and then I just keep building on my strength. The endorphins kick-in and I feel even better at 100 and that makes me want to go to 120 min. I do 60 min of strengthening as I usually feel so good after my cardio.

I feel strong and really good. I do cardio and strength on the same day with a double dose of stretching.

At work I have an hour for lunch, so I do my best to take a walk, it takes me about 50 minutes, for my walk, it is around 2 1/2 to 3 miles, a lot of it is uphill. I have found that I need to drink a lot of water before my walk, and then stretch, as my shins and calves hurt. One of my co workers says I should stretch before and after my walk. Maybe that is something I should try.

When I walk, I have a lot more energy and am not tired once I get home.

1. What exercises do you do and for how long?

3Xs a week HEAT (High Energy Athletic Training) Class. It's a great mix of strength and cardio, something different each week.
1X a week Cycle and Core class.

2. How do you feel after your workout?
Does your workout leave you feeling tired and hungry? Does it leave you feeling strong and energized?

I usually feel energized. Only slightly hungry because my workouts are later in the evening.

3. How long have you been doing this workout? Do you find it easy to keep up or are you struggling to get workouts in?

I've been doing it for about 6 months. It's getting easier to keep up. At first I was so sore and felt like I couldn't keep up. The trainers say that their goal is to get everyone to have to pause and take a break (not be able to finish the entire class), so I'm trying to get to where I can prove that I can do it all!

Running, walking, lifting weights and duration of said exercise.

Jillian Micheal's videos, jump rope HIIT, hiking and strength training.

Cardio = energized (I zip around the house doing my housework)
Strength training = body buzz and heavy, I usually need to rest for a bit after.

I've been working out steady for about a year now, although my workout has had variations. I've also been hiking almost every day since early spring this year.
Yes, it's easy to keep up with. I'm a bit of a workout junkie. It's taking a day off that's difficult.

1. What exercises do you do and for how long?
I do strength training for approx 75 mins / day, 5 days/week. I do a mix of bodyweight exercises like pull ups, hanging leg raises, etc., and weightlifting exercises. I do low reps / high weight.

2. How do you feel after your workout?
Usually pretty close to dead but very happy. I workout fasted and push myself as far as I can go. I perk up within a few minutes and then I feel fantastic!

3. How long have you been doing this workout? Do you find it easy to keep up or are you struggling to get workouts in?
I started this particular type of workout 9 months ago. I do it first thing in the morning and it's something I look forward to every day. I've never missed a single workout in 9 months so I guess you could say it's easy to keep up!

I take 3 45 minute fitness classes per week (tough strength training circuit classes), and run 3-4 miles twice a week (45 mins) and then on other days will play tennis or basketball with my husband, swim, or whatnot.

its the only thing that enables me to sit at my desk 8 hours and in my car 4 hours a day without going insane. it feels amazing.

- when I started this job in early April...working out is what I look forward to all day (that and the sauna afterwards LOL)

1. I do 40 to 60 minutes of 'moving my body' per day.
Walking and/or bike riding. Sometimes swimming.
2.I feel good but sweaty afterwards. Indeed it makes me feel hungry too.
3. I've been doing this since March 2013. Before that I spent 10 - 30 minutes per day walking and/ or riding the bike.

6x/week: 10K step walking, elliptical or treadmill, band strength training, and either Pilates or Zumba
1x/week: long hike with family. we've been to some really fantastic places around our state.

sweaty, hot, tired, exhilarated, energized, proud

I've gradually worked up to this routine over the last 2 years, and I love it. I don't struggle to get in my workouts--they are autonomic now. I breathe without thinking about it. I work out without thinking about it.

3x/week ST per ChaLEAN Extreme by Beachbody (avg 40 mins each session)
5-6 cardio sessions/week which is a variation of runs ranging from 4-5 miles and Turbo Fire workouts which range from 20-25 min HIIT workouts to 55 minute longer less plyo cardio.

Super energized! Sometimes sore and usually hungry, but always MUCH better!!

3. How long have you been doing this workout? Do you find it easy to keep up or are you struggling to get workouts in?
I've been running progressively more over the last 2 years and I love it!! I've done both ChaLEAN Extreme and Turbo Fire, and now that I'm doing a hybrid of both to get optimal benefits, I absolutely have a blast!

1-2 x a week I do a strength routine, 2-3 sets of
Lower Body
Pistol Squats
One Legged Deadlifts
Bulgarian Squats
Deadlifts

Upper Body
Pull Ups/Lowers
Chin Ups
Push Ups
TRX or Regular Rows


With some stretching/yoga to finish. Total time 60 minutes 1 x a week. If I break it into upper and lower days then 40 minutes 2 x a week

I walk almost everyday, I live downtown and my town is very walkable for errands. Total time - ?

I cross country mountain bike 1-3 x a week (weather depending) with friends. Total ride time - 90 minutes each ride

I also go for a sprint run once a week, I've just started playing soccer again though so that counts as my sprint run. Total time - 90 minutes.



2. How do you feel after your workout?

My workouts make me feel awesome! So alive and energized. They also leave me feeling hungry, so I eat good nutritious foods.


3. How long have you been doing this workout? Do you find it easy to keep up or are you struggling to get workouts in?

I have been doing this workout routine for about a year now, my biking is more of a seasonal thing. In the winter I'll walk and do more plyometric exercises in the house.
