I track all of the excercise on a spreadsheet to put them in graphs later and post the same history on the spark people exercise history.

How do you track cardio sculpt-type activities on the fitness tracker? I have the 28 day boot camp DVD, but then I also have another one (not by Spark People) with similar exercises, but a little more intense/stronger cardio component. What would you list that as?
