I write down everything in the Food Tracker. Love it! It sure has opened my eyes to how many calories I'm putting in my mouth and that helped me to cut back. I also had to focus on portion control.

I track online, but I also have a journal that I keep in the kitchen to jot down everything.

Yes! I'm pretty strict about it. I think it helps me stay accountable.

I try to, but some days I dont have time. Some days I am at the high end some days lower and most days somewhere in the middle. I do find I am not hitting the recommended protein and am usually higher in carbs. Any tips for doing better with that?

I always track it immediately as I eat it either on the computer or with my phone. Love the app. :)

I track everything but not spices. I use the SP tracker and the SP iPhone app.

I track all the foods I eat using the Spark tracker.

Yes,I do track my food most days. I have the odd day when I don't enter it on the tracker but usually I track and I have the SP app for when I'm out.

Everything eaten in real time. If not at my computer I use the SP app in my iPhone. They update each other seamlessly.

I've been doing it wrong. I wait until the next day and enter in my food. No wonder I always go over emoticon

try to track on SP. If I cannot get website I will write down what I eat and estimate how many I eat and fill in the blank after getting SP.

Tracking my food daily is what works best for me. My caloric intake is usually at the upper end, but I don't force myself to reach the upper end if I have at least met the lower end and feel satisfied.

Do you eat the minimum or the maximum? Or middle ground?
What do you think it's best? 👍
