I try to, but some days I dont have time. Some days I am at the high end some days lower and most days somewhere in the middle. I do find I am not hitting the recommended protein and am usually higher in carbs. Any tips for doing better with that?

Sparktracker and I usually eat at the high end of my range.
I try to stay within my calorie range.... I've tried low, middle, and high to find which number worked for me, when I not longer loose...then I change to another range sometimes it is high end otheres it is low and sometimes it is middle.

I track all the foods I eat using the Spark tracker.

I track all my food on BodyMedia and I make sure never to have a caloric deficit of more than 750 per day
Tracking my food daily is what works best for me. My caloric intake is usually at the upper end, but I don't force myself to reach the upper end if I have at least met the lower end and feel satisfied.
