What do you do when you lose motivation half-way through your workout? When this happens I can't get back into it.

my big motivation right now is my wedding in october! i know once i'm home it's hard for me to motivate myself to go workout (i love sleep) so i go to the gym right after work. This is the only way i stay consistent with my workouts.
I agree with other posters. If I can't control a situation, then I just go to what I CAN control. It used to be food (I felt that I was in control when I was eating constantly, but I was actually OUT of control!) but I just pull out my exercise mat and do some mat exercises.

Working out is in MY CONTROL. When I keep opening the refrigerator even though I'm not hungry, I put on walking shoes and take a walk. Even if it isn't at the same energy level as my regular workouts, it helps distract me and improve my mood.
