Eggs are my 'go to' healthy food. Forget hundred calorie snack packs- a hard boiled egg is my 70/80 calorie powerhouse!
I love eggs all ways, but hard boiled is portable, doesn't require any fat- can slice and put on other foods. Sometimes I cut it in half, and put a little mustard on it (sorry, I know this will gross some of you out), for a faux 'deviled' egg... :)

Hmm, I like my eggs scrambled with cheese and mushrooms and herbs best, but since that's a bit calorie dense to eat every day, I usually end up going with an egg white omelette, salt and pepper added. I also like a boiled egg now and again, minus the yolk. The only eggs I've never really enjoyed are deviled eggs. Maybe I should try them again and re-evaluate whether I still don't like them...

my daughter does 4H chickens and the 6 girls keep up supplied except for the darkest winter months.
I cannot abide by visible yolks. gotta have scrambled. I have worked myself up to eating a hard boiled egg but I would rather pop the yolk into the sink and just eat the white. but...respecting the girls hard work in making that egg I now eat it.
I made deviled eggs last night for a party. Lots of folks really like that. And, my family thinks I've really gone the extra mile if there is paprika sprinkled on top. makes me smile
I like mine 3/4 boiled. As in they yolk being soft but not watery and the white partially cooked, kinda lumpy but still fluid, if you know what I mean. I take them with a bit of soy sauce and lots of pepper!
