My most recent way to cook them is simply fry them in a dry pan. Almost like grilling them. DH likes them too!

We use Giada's recipe for oven baked tenders.

We make enough chicken for the whole week in one batch very similar to your way (ours-cream of chicken and cream of mushroom). Then cool and separate the chicken and the gravy. Twice during the week we use the chicken & gravy. The other times we make: 1) Chicken stir-fry (add chicken just to heat after everything else is cooked) 2) Chicken Salad 3) TGIF's Chicken and Cheese with onions and peppers...
Just because you made it in the crock-pot one way doesn't mean you have to eat it that way all the time. Mix it up! The same goes for anything (beef, pork, turkey, etc)

Another thing we do is make beef meatloaf or our favorite - turkey meatloaf in the crock-pot! Mix all your ingredients and press into crock. This is very important--divide the loaf down the middle into two half circles with about 1 inch space between the halves! This will help the meatloaf to cook all the way through, and in less time! This makes great 1) meatloaf 2) sandwiches 3) chop up and add to spaghetti... Again, Mix it up!

I like to take about 9 tenders and boil them in one can of beer and 1/2 cup hot sauce. Amazing flavor. The alcohol burns off and the hot sauce gives them a kick. It is good for some flavor when on a diet.

I like marinating them, and then coating with cheese-bread crumbs and baking. They freeze wonderfully.

Sautéed and cut up into a chicken salad with alternate mayo, celery, some slivered almonds and a little pineapple juice.

1. Dice up and put in a salad w/dressing or salsa.
2. Dice and add to mixture of black beans/onions/bell pepper/rotel in a FF tortilla topped with lettuce/tomatoes/salsa.
3. Diced and put in low-fat fettucini sauce.
4. Cut up and make into chicken-salad sandwiches.

I marinate mine overnight in a Ziploc bag in some teryaki sauce. The next day I saute them and when they are almost done I add pea pods, onions, mushrooms, chopped broccoli ( or your favorite veggies ) and make a stir fry. Serve over brown rice !

I rinse the tenders with water, a quick spray of cooking oil on both sides, then press tenders into panko breadcrumbs and bake uncovered on cookie pan turning once until done. I serve with lite ranch dressing on the side and a few celery sticks. Can also Add garlic powder, basil, cinnimon, chili powder or whatever spices you like into the breadcrumbs before coating tenders or leave plain.

I fix chicken tenders in crock pot with 1 can each of cream of chicken soup and cheddar cheese soup till done ! Use the soup for mash potato like gravy ! I would like to have different ways to fix them if you have a good recipe please let me know ! emoticon emoticon
